1. Audit Fees
The audit fee revised to RM100.00
per person per occasion.
2. New Branch Terminology
The new terminology used are:
Southern
Region Branch covering Kuching, Lundu, Bau, Siburan, Kota
Samarahan, Serian, Sri Aman and Betong.
Central
Region Branch covering Sibu, Sarikei, Mukah, Bintangor,
Saratok, Dalat, Kanowit and Kapit.
Northern
Region Branch covering Miri, Bintulu, Limbang, Marudi, Batu
Niah and Lawas.

AMENDMENT OF RULES 3 – MEMBERSHIP
Membership at the union shall be open to all employees excluding
managerial staff, confidential staff and security guards employed
by the banks and other financial institutions in Sarawak who are
above the age of Sixteen……

5. Amendment Of Rule 4.1 - Subscription and Arrears
[Addition]
"For members within the grade of
employees that recognition for the purpose of Collective Bargaining
under Section 9 of Industrial Relations Act (1967) has not been accorded
by the Banks or other Financial Institutions, the monthly subscription
shall be 50% of the 1% imposed. The full rate shall then apply
once recognition has been granted by the Banks or other financial
institutions"
6. Amendment of Rule 9(3) Trienniel Delegates
Conference
"Total number of delegates shall not exceed 20 for
any one region branch"
